Whether it is the change of season, a change of website, or, a change of ownership, Westbeach embraces change, and thrives on the opportunities that change presents.
Since its beginning in 1979 Westbeach has continually changed. From its origins as a surf store in Calgary to becoming the global, internationally recognized, Snowboard brand it is today.
Snowboarding has also changed from the early days of t-nuts and leashes, and being banned from the slopes, to the "super" parks and pipes of today. We embrace all aspects of the Snowboard lifestyle; we design and manufacture clothes to keep you riding harder, faster, better and stronger. Not to mention looking good!
Life, like Snowboarding, is all about change; it is how we react to a change that defines who we are. Change is inevitable and unpredictable. That is why we strive to live in the moment, the here and now, because that is all there is. These moments are the one thing that cannot be saved or stored, unlike your favorite Westbeach jacket!
