dead an yes that was rill name. He left behinde 3 kids. 2 girls an one boy. an also a wife and 4 brothers. he was 23 years old his wife is 22. It hapend 9 monthes ago when we wher handling a situaton in the streets of south Ogden. The guy that shot him 13 times is dead.
My brothers last wish was don't let the memory of him die. So as we know that he went to a beter place his memory won't die cas this will remind people of him an he will always be in are heart's.
