What does Christianity, 9/11, & the Federal Reserve have in common?

-------------------------------------------

"When the power of love overcomes the love of power the world will know peace."
-Jimi Hendrix

"The Christian religion is a parody on the warship of the sun, in which they put a man called Christ in the place of the sun, and pay him the adoration originally payed to the sun."
 - Thomas Paine

"They must find it difficult....those who have taken authority as the truth, rather than the truth as authority."
-G. Massey, Egyptologist

"Religion can never reform mankind, because religion is slavery."
-Robert G. Ingersoll, 1833-1899

"There is something behind the throne greater than the king himself."
-Sir William Pit, House of Lords, 1770

"The world is governed by very different personages from what is imagined by those who are not behind the scenes."
-Benjaman Dislaeli, English Statesman, 1844

"The real truth of the matter is that a finacial element in the large centers has owned the government since the days of Andrew Jackson."
-Franklin D. Roosevelt, U.S President, 1933

"If you want to remain slaves of the bankers and pay for the costs of your own slavery, let them continue to create and control the nation's credit." -Josiah Stamp, 1880-1941

"Power Corrupts; Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely." -Lord Acton, English Historian, 1834-1902

I belive that the banking institutions are more dangerous than standing armies.... If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of currency.... The banks and corporations that will grow up arownd them will dprive the people of their property until their children wakeup homeless on the continent their fathers conquered."
-Thomas Jefferson, 1743-1826

My Blog: Taco Bell
By: cetra70

After our church service, we had lunch at Taco Bell. I think I ate 4 tacos...2 soft, 2 crunchy...and they were good...Except that now I'm starting to regret it cuz my stomach is going berserk...but that might be because of the ice cream we bought at Jiffy Treet. Jiffy Treet has really good ice cream (slushies, etc, etc), so next time you pass by it, go try some...

After that, we went home and I went to the computer straight away...So here I am now, typing this...procrastinating...NOT GOOD...bad habit! MUST BREAK!

Well, you can't blame me for not wanting to learn all 42 presidents...but I've had some progress: I mememorized the first 8 in one minute :D Woot!

Okay, gotta get back to studying the presidents...cya!

My list of memorized presidents:

1) George Washington
2) John Adams
3) Thomas Jefferson
4) James Madison
5) James Monroe
6) John Quincy Adams
7) Andrew Jackson
8) Martin Van Buren
9) William Henry Harrison
10) John Tyler
11) James Polk
12) Zachary Taylor
13) Millard Fillmore
14) Franklin Pierce
15) James Buchanan
16) Abraham Lincoln
17) Andrew Johnson
18) Ulysses Grant
19) Rutherford Hayes
20) James Garfield
21) Chester Arthur
22) Grover Cleveland
23) Banjamin Harrison
24) Grover Cleveland
25) William McKinley
26) Theodore Roosevelt
27) Howard Taft
28) Woodrow Wilson
29) Warren Harding
30) Calvin Coolidge
31) Herbert Hoover
32) Franklin Roosevelt
33) Harry Truman
34) Dwight Eisenhower
35) John Kennedy
36) Lyndon Johnson
37) Richard Nixon
38) Gerald Ford
39) Jimmy Carter
40) Ronald Reagan
41) George H.W. Bush
42) Bill Clinton
43) George W. Bush

YAY! I did it! :D That---was---so---annoying! RAWR! Wish me luck on the pre-test...

hey slam!!! and all the cool skaters that read your mag!, i just went to the perth baker demo at manning skatepark and it was awesome Andrew Reynolds was fully sick he performed a massive hardflip over the fun box and a tre flip off the bank and T.K also ripped it up so did everyone else well except for on person and i know some people might think im crazy saying this and know it's probably only in this one time that this will ever happen but Dustin Dollin sucked it took an hour to get him to skate he tried the same trick 3 times landed it and that was it, I am so pissed off about that but the rest of the demo was awesome. Midway through the demo some New Zealanders puleed up on the top off the quarter pipe in a thriffy van and a little bit later one of the New Zealander's dogs ran through the skatepark mid demo it was hillarious, later near the end of the demo the commentators said that everyone that brought some rubbish to the van would get a free deck so everyone rushed over to the van with hands full of rubbish yelling at the kiwis for free decks and started throwing bottles it was great. When BAKER were giving away decks two guys got into a massive fight over one. i know i said that the rest of the demo was awesome earlier but one thing really bad happened this guy had a massive stack on the bank and had passed out for half an hour and had broken his arm...that was gnarly but other than that the demo was awesome, Bye.

To meet the demands of our growing reader base,
Color Magazine has just signed a distribution deal with Made Media. This new partnership will make it easier for Color enthusiasts to get their hands on the magazine as it will now be distributed to the stores that they most often frequent (independent skate shops and boutiques).

Color Magazine aims to increase availability to our already loyal readership, as well as introduce the publication to new people who have been missing out on this fine product of skateboard culture.
"Color is a beautiful magazine and is a great example of what we stand behind. We are proud to build with other creative independents and innovative people like them.”
Michelle Evers, group director, Made Media
“We are thoroughly excited to be working with our fellow Canadian friends at MADE. The other titles they distribute (including Made Magazine) are exactly who we look to for inspiration, so we’re in good company there.” — Sandro Grison, editor/creative director Color
Color has its sights set on making the magazine more available in eastern Canada, while continuing to grow elsewhere in North America. Made Media hopes to increase awareness of their titles across the globe in countries such as Italy, France, New Zealand, Australia and Japan.

The 3rd Annual Jib Jamboree went off last Friday without a hitch. People cam from all corners of the province, the stage was set for what would turn out to be London’s gateway into the 07 season. With the top rail riders set, the Rusk brothers, Brad Gauler, Max Thompson, Natalie Gough and Danielle Brown we all knew we were in for something special, something that happens only few times.

They battled each other for hours oooiing and aahing the London faithful in the IM Park parking lot behind Jim Bob Ray’s. The public unleashed their raw never before seen talent on the crowd battling for the 5 spots available to get into the money. Our gracious sponsors had put up $500 for the best rider of the night, $300 for the DC best trick and $200 for the Nikita Women’s session.

About two weeks before he event Spy put up head to toe Spy product for 2 lucky winners and their friends. With three days too go names were drawn, Robbin Smith and Emily Pool were showered with gifts from Spy and got too watch the event from the VIP patio. Thanks to everyone for entering.

After a night of scavenger hunts, a free barbecue, hand stands and hot music the big boys and girls hit the stage. The show that the crowd had come for. The Nikita Women’s session was heated with Natalie, Laura Duke, Marie Noelle-Legere and Victoria Marshall all neck and neck to the last second. Valerie ended up sticking her nose in front right at the finish line and grabbing the cash in the Nikita Women’s session. In the lads category the judges had chosen 12 riders they had to call their trick and go head to head with another dude. Sudden Death Style!! It got down to the final three and they jammed for 20 minutes, Max Thompson, Andrew Rusk and Corey Gallon opened a can on London for the 3rd annual Jib Jamboree staking their claim for the very first champion. Max ended up taking the best rider of the night, I’m pretty sure he didn’t fall once. Andrew Rusk took down the DC best trick.

Thanks too everyone who came out despite the weather. Check out all the photos and videos from Rothphoto and Hightide Productions at www.jibjamboree.com

Cheers
