Given the current turmoil in the market and subsequent impact on real estate, Hindustan Construction Company has decided to put on hold its planned townships in Pune, Nasik and Thane. Land acquisitions for these projects have been deferred for now given the high interest rates and low liquidity in the market. HCC will focus more on government projects in power and water sectors and will look to bid for PPP projects with caution.

I had a sick trip to Panama with Ryan Decenzo, Hagen Mitchell, Alex Rothbauer, Richard Sarrizzan, and Swell. We skated alot of really cool and Ghetto spots. SBC will be doing a story on it pretty soon, so keep your eyes peeled. Also been skating this new really fun bowl in Burnaby. i guess they ripped out the old one at the aging Confederation skatepark and replaced it with a 4.5 foot deep boomarang shaped little dealy. really fun!

Just got back from Costa Rica with my wife. good times indeed. Lots of swimming in the Caribean and beers for sure. We found a little skatepark in the middle of nowhere and shralped it for a few days with a bunch of barefoot kids.
Been skating alot lately despite all the wet weather. Undergrounds mostly and a secret covered miniramp. Aaron Sheare, the Riv, and i have also been working hard on the upcoming Natural Koncept video. its gonna be called "Dysfunctional Family". fitting name for our team.
I recently took up the Guitar. sick! can't get enough of it. it keeps me going when i can't skate.

Wow, another summer has come and gone. this was a full one for me.  Two trips to the infamous ordas island skate park.  camping a few miles from the park. it has got to be one of my alltime favprite places to skate.  i also spent alot of time on the island skating and doing some demos. Vancouver island rules. it has some of the best scenes and underground rulers. long live courtney. Had a great trip down to san diego. skated some backyard pools with the sector 9 boys and saw a sick Hank III / Flogging Molly show. and , oh yeah!, i got married. it was a sick shindig in Port Albernie with mini ramps and everything.  check the current SBC for a little tidbit on what went down.  Now i am just working on getting footy for the new Natural Koncept movie.

well i had a ripping summer and fall. in june i took a bunch of sick skaters around B.C., Alberta, and Saskatewan on demo tour. it was a little stressful at times but we pulled through with a lot of good times.
i also just got back from a sick trip to Hawaii. the boys at Natural Koncept skateboards put us up and really looked after us. Josh Evin and Hagen Mitchel both came with me. Josh really ripped it up on his board and the bottle. it was definatly one of the funner trips i went on. there is a really cool skate scene over there. peace
