i must be nostalgic because i signed onto this website for the first time in

oh, i don't know. 8 months?

 

I like visiting the profiles of those i kept well in contact with for a lenghthy period of time.

Although i admit it's rather hard to find people, especially with that dick move

Snowboard.com did, when it gave you the option to change your screen name.

Yeah, that's a good idea.

 

The site has long ago gone to shi*t, and i find it way too confusing to look at somebodies

god damn gallery.

 

I continue to reject friends requests. The fact that i do not visit this site regularily is

neither here nor there.

 

Any how, i highly doubt anybody will read this. I miss a lot of people, as super lame

as that sounds. But i have a hard time finding anybody i used to talk to who still

ever signs on, but we are all gorwing up. We have all grown up.

 

I haven't updated anything in a very long time, not to mention my pictures,

in which look nothing like me anymore.

 

Well, it's all very overwhelming, i find. Sitting at, currently 385 comments and 115 messages. Part of me wants to delete this bad boy and perhaps make a new account,

which i will only add the best people and certainly nobody who would ever even

think to send me any forwards!

 

As for me, i really can't complain about anything.

but i am tried all the time. very tired.

If your tape has a mix of the two, then don’t worry, just upload to whichever one you like. Also include an explanation of why you want to be a part of Gromfest in the comments section of where you uploaded your video, cause dang it we're not only looking for the best riders, but also those who love the sports for all that they are.

We’ll pick multiple winners after the deadline so get those tapes in, you could be joining kids from all over North America to compete this summer.

     So Gromfest is working with Oakley at Bear Mountain this Saturday for the Oakley Uprising, a jam style event with transitions and artificial features. 

 

This year marks the 2nd Annual Oakley Groms Weekend at Bear...a weekend devoted to the younger shredders that make the sport. 

 

On Saturday, Gromfest will be inducting 2 more youth 18 & under into the qualifiers pool so if you've got talent, put on your sunblock, your sunglasses and your steez and head into the hills for a competition that only Bear and Oakley could put on.

 

Then, come Sunday, Sports Illustrated For Kids takes over with their Next Snow Search.  Gromfest will still be there but if you want to qualify you've got to come Saturday.

 

So that's it...come up to Bear either Saturday or Sunday and stop by the Gromfest tent to say hi and grab some stickers.  Also, when you stop by, if you happen to mention that you saw this announcement on Snowboard.com we'll enter you in a drawing to win a pair of Burton gloves.  You gotta be a part of Snowboard.com for that deal however so don't forget to mention it.

Well hope everyone had some happy holidays and Santa gave you everything you asked for...

 

Santa was pretty good to me... but I'm still waiting for my $1,000,000 cash that I asked to have put in my stocking...

 

the holidays left me with some pretty blurry memories, but Tyler's Christmas party stands out as a pretty good time.  Weird things happened (I'll remember to use three fingers instead of 1 next time..)

 

Shredding on the hill was pretty epic, feeling pretty beat up from it.

 

Seems like everyone got super sick and I was lucky enough to only catch it now... great.

 

New Years was pretty funny.  I remember saying "I do not want to have a house party" but somehow it still happened.  When in Whistler I guess.  Want to thank Jorden and Whitney for the "high fives" at the end of the night.  Also to Shapiro and Gonzo for laughing at me when I bailed down the front stairs so they got me to help finish a huge (massive) bottle of CC with them.

 

For those of you that did come out to my house, thanks for being so chill.  Only a couple glasses got smashed.  Stoked.  The house was cleaned in 2 hours the next day.  Thanks for also leaving when I politely asked everyone to leave.

 

For the girl that lives behind us.. I don't care that max takes a shi*t in your lawn.  I hope he takes a shi*t in your lawn every day.  And if I find you in my kitchen at 2:30am again I'll get max to chase you home.

Alrighty, time to clear some stuff up. Some of you here may remember a member named 'SNowdiva' aka Alanna Luna whose profile just disappeared. Well, lemme fill you in if your interested. As you know I am a producer and host here in LA and I met Alanna/snowdiva via MYSPACE while still in Iraq. We talked for about a year and she was always very flirtatious.

Well, after I got back from Iraq and started my show with MusicPlus I told her she needed to step up her game and move from Tucson. A while back I get a call from her. "I'm HERE! I took your advice! I can't wait to finally meet you, baby!". Told her to swing by the studio and she did, along with her 'bandmate' Shawn (who refered to her on the phone as his girlfriend). After the show she went home and emailed me thanking me. I asked her about the comment Shawn had made and told her I don't mess with chicks who are involved and I don't dig chicks leading me on because I'm a producer and they think I can help them career wise. She told me that Shawn was tryin to cock block me cuz he WANTED TO be with her but WASN'T and it was tricky since she was living with his family until she got a place of her own. She also stated that his dad paid for her soundboard and other musical equipment. I told her she best not be lying to me. I gave her a chance to back up. Her response was to assure me she wasn't and  within 24 hours she was proving her intentions at my place. She tells me it wuz just supposed to be a booty call but that it became something more for her and that she has all these fellings for me. She's telling me how she wants to be with me and I'm the most amazing guy shes ever been with blah, blah blah. I publicize her, she's in a movie with me (Experiment in Torture), and I help her with her recording contract. All seems to be good. She says she's going to take me to Europe with her on her tour after her single hits, she's going to buy me a new car, we're going to go to Vegas and get hitched...yada yada. We're at Disneyland on July 3d and someone keeps messaging her (supposedl. In retrospect I have only her word on this). Supposedly it's Shawn. Seems he got in to her email and knows about us. She freaks out, admits she's been lying about their relationship and tells me she has been with him over a year and that she has ALWAYS cheated on him (her words). She says he has cheated on every guy she was with and I was (haha) the first guy she she thught she could be faitful to biut that she blew it by lying to me. She goes in to detail about how many times she ALMOST got caught but how she ALWAYS MANAGED TO LIE HER WAY OUT OF IT BECAUSE THE GUY ALWAYS WANTS TO BELIEVE HER. She then swears she wants to be with me and runs home to him. Not even an apology. Played me bigger then shi*t and he took her back.

I  join snowboard.com. Guess who is here under the name "Snowdiva". Yup. She says life sucks at home cuz no one trusts her. Tells me she tried to commit suicide. Asks me to start an anonymous profile (Snowplow) cuz she wants to talk to me but is scared she'll get caught. Tells me she misses me. Everything seems ok (now I really am the sucker here). Next thing y'now she deletes her account without a word. I get an email yesterday from HIM (he's apparently going through her stuff again) telling me that she's going to marry him (she's still married to another guy BTW) and to PLEASE leave them alone. Apparently she's still lying to him as well. Yep, dirty laundry and interesting reading. So, soon to be pop star Alanna Luna/Exhibition of sound (Eosrocks.com) will be releasing her aptly titled single 'Crazy with YOU' in September. By all means buy it. Lord knows she worked so hard to get where she is. This is a TEXTBOOK example of all that's wrong with Hollywood. The one person who offered a helping hand without expecting anything she screwed over. She's lied and cheated and, as a member of the media with all sorts of evidence I have no problem saying so publicly. Why go public? Because she did. She tried to run a little a little pre-emptive web campaign when she got caught portraying herself as being victimized by some insane stalker. Thats how she justified dumping all her profiles. Shes afraid of her image being less then the open and honest love and light type she portrays. She also threatened legal action if I made anything public. Well, here it is. Public. I have nothing left but contempt. So, when yur current divorce is finalized and you move right in to the next marriage pause and reflect that you have authored all misery that you are a part of. You have manipulated, lied to and used the people around you who wanted to help you and now you get to pay the price.

Yeah, this might make me look like a jerk but when you screw with people's lives you got to expect some retribution ESPECIALLY when they give you a chance to come clean and you play 'em twice. Right now the scramble is on in their place to run around and cover tracks.   I find this all distasteful but people like this DESERVE to be exposed and threats about exposing it only goaded me on. The truth is it's own defense.

Alanna, if you read this (and we both know you are) you know there are other things I left out that I could very well have added. Remember that. You are a coward and a liar and although you said 'chi can cross burning bridges' I'm telling you 'not this time'. YOu enslaved yourself with lies instead of freeing yourself with truth. You and Shawn will be quite miserable together with nobody to blame but yourselves. That, my dear, is karma (that thing that everyone always likes to talk about) in action. A reputation is something that no one but the owner of the reputation can destroy. Instead of taking responsibility for your actions you blamed ME for exposing you. That gives great insight in to how your mind appears to work.

 

 

 

Well dang people.  Haven't updated my snowboard.com in a while but i thought i would give it a shot.  Still working at compusmart these days but it f*ckin sux.  Only getting 17hours a week there, so I've been on the job hunt lately.  Although I do get a paid week's vacation here in a little bit.  Starts on the 7th of August.  Which is dope cause I;m going to Edmonton with Neil and Paige and we are ripping the Sounds of the Underground Tour.  f*ckIN GWAR!!!  Then we are off to Penticton for a week.  Which'll be dope.  So Flems watch out man were coming to slaughter your soul! Yeah dude!  Well if anybody wants to join us, let me know.  In the next few days I will be uploading pictures so keep your eyes on this page, oh and I'll send out a message and let you know as well.  Peace!
