When I was about 8 years old I got my frist skateboard. That seems both like yesterday and a million years ago.    The frist time I stagard  to the end of my driveway on it, I doubt I realized how much further this piece of wood, grip-tape and wheels would take me.

That was almost 11 years ago.

Sinse then, many of my boards have taken me to the middle of the smallest towns, citys far and wide, presigious universities, the eiffel tower, the convenience store, and even jail.

How amazing is this so called "rebel" ride? How far can it take you? And how far are you willing to go? None of that really matters though as long as you enjoy the time you spend getting there

Tuesday was my 21st birthday. and instead of the usual 'go to the bar and get wasted' celebration, i wanted a fun day with friends.
So it started with breakfast on top of whistler mountain, and then to the peak for cheesy tourist like photos.
Spent the rest of the day shredding the gnar with friends, followed by apres at the Amsterdam for old times sake (pitchers of Keiths and Nachos!)

Squeezed in a quick nap before dinner with friends at Sushi Village.
More drinks at Cinnimon Bear, and then to Tommy Africas where Stevie6packs my totally radical brother-in-law busted his moves and tore up the dancefloor! YEAH SIX!!!

Definitely the best birthday EVER!
