To be honest, im fed up with the skateboarding community of today.I like to travel, I wisited some really cool spots around the world (New York, Barcelona, Krakkow, Helsinki, Praha and so on...) and what a saw whas terrible. What happened to you people? Everywhere I look I see drunk stoned uncontrollable Idiots jumping 20 stairs and eventually breaking every bone they have, or (especially in Barcelona) people hwo shout and curse and kick their board around......because they bailed. And its worse in Hungary. All that people see is a part of a Baker or a Flip video and they think: Yeah thats what skateing is all about. Screaming, drinking, smoking weed and kicking your board around. Just look at the Element guys or the Girl team. They are a real team, they are just having fun, just traveling and enjoying a good time with friends. I belive that's what skateboarding is all about. Sure drink as much as you want (Im a huge fan of label on the rocks) but dont be insane about it. Smoke if you want to just keep in mind that skateboarding as an addiction too. Its slightly cheaper, much more healthier AND you get out of it alive. But drink with friends, at a party or in a pub not before a skate session.
