This week we have had Hurley Team down skating the park which has been fantastic to watch. Bob Burnquist was hear for three days he skated all of the park and said it is fantastic as the concrete is so smooth, he said he is definately coming back. Bob did some real radical tricks in the air which was watched by all, he left Thursday to recieve Vet skater ogf the year from Transworld, he recieved the award from Tony Hawke and Kevin Staab Big ups to Bob who is a realy nice guy.

 

Nilton Neeves from Brazil is still hear he has amazed all with an acid drop which everyone will see on the DVD he drooped off the talest drop in first try everybody was amazeed the crack of boards banging in apreciation ecoed around the park. Niltoin skating is like he was born with a board stuck to his feet he rips street, rips the pool and also the big bowl.

 

Chris Markevitch is still hear he is a rad street skater who did some amazing tricks in the park.Chris has a new skateboard company called Crimson which all should check out as he has a great team and also great boards. He has a new truck coming out soom on Distructo which are suposed to be painted he says they look really cool.

 

The film crewe were also cool which included Bruno from Brazil another amazing skater who is amazing at vert. Mouse who is an amazing videographer and also such a cool cat who rips the pool and can hold his own in the park. Doc the4 lighting guy can also rip the park to shreds. This crewe have been amazing with there skills and their interaction with the kids showing them how to do tricks and words of wisdom. I sudgest all should try and come to Black Pearl in the Cayman Islands as I garantee you it will take your breath away when you first see the park. It will take you a couple of days to take it all in; as I have seen each time pro skaters come down. We have a visiting pro who skates for DVS shoes and his first words were he can't believe it.
