Senor_lupe Posts : 8 OFFLINE	Posted on Jul 20, 2006 i got a pair of Adio Bam's and had to pay like 80 bucks. not even a month later the laces were being sawed away and a hole was forming near the toe cap. a year later or so, it looks like my ollie foot got hit my a truck. u think my griptape is a shoe killer or are u just paying for the name and not for performance?

Adam Posts : 156 OFFLINE	Posted on Sep 06, 2006 In my opinion, all shoes never last long enough. It totally depends on how much you skate. Shoes ussually last me about 3 months, then the soles are too thin and my feet start to hurt when skating. Right now I am skating circa's and I ussually skate crica or DC.

autumn_lovee Posts : 16 OFFLINE	Posted on Dec 09, 2006 i personally dont like adios at all. I really like my Emericas, they are holding up pretty good. I had Circa a couple years ago, and i loved them. The bottoms of Adios seem to fall apart pretty quick... i wouldnt recomend them to anyone.

UncleKoolAid Posts : 54 ONLINE	Posted on Mar 31, 2007 skate shoes are designed to break down after a certain length of time. no matter what you buy they are always going to wear through. i reccommend getting a pair of shoes based on performance. i like wearing mids or highs to protect my ankle and for added support. i also like super grippy materials so the board does what i want. circa make the grippiest shoes i find and they mould to your feet really quick. dcs with super suede last longer and have pretty good grip but they pack out like a bag of dirty laundry, if you get dcs, dont bother getting anything besides lynx, avatars or mantecas. supras last forever but they are bulky, and lakai blow out fast but they skate really well, same with nike sb's. my top shoes in no particular order: circa: ali dc: avatar dc: lynx he lakai: marc johnson highs nike: sb dunks suede suede suede

ZZZZZZZZZZ Posts : 2 OFFLINE	Posted on Apr 26, 2007 CIRCA CIRCA CIRCA Just an idea sk8 shoes should last a couple months if your lucky and thats if you sk8 hard... The best shoes I have found to sk8 in these days are the Circa Advan..... Circa Advan is 1 Rad sk8 shoe.........
