when i try to upload my paint bmp pic or w/e its called it dont let me so how do i chage those photos to jpeg or w/e it is u need to have?

When you are in paint with this photo open, click save as, and then save it as a jpg. Then you should be able to upload it.

I have the same problem. But i've tried every solution i can find here, and it doesn't really seem to work.. The picture is JPG, i've resized it/them a million times but still no mugshot.. I'm getting this error saying

"There were no photos selected to be uploaded. Please select a photo to upload as a mugshot."

and // "

An error occurred during the upload process and your photo was not uploaded as your mugshot. Please try again and if the problem persists, please let us know by click the problem, comments suggestions at the bottom of the page."

Is there any moderators, or site administrators on here anymore ? Coz i can't seem to get help from eighter the forum or the "Problems, Comments, Suggestions".
