That damn delay shit is buggin my ass
how do you get rid of that delay?
I got a cheap ass cannon 3.2 pix.................

To get rid of the delay, hold down the button halfway before clicking it. This should help it focus faster and shoot imeadeately when you fully click the button.

Canons usually are the best at taking the picture sooner after you push the button.  If you're saying it is a 3.2Megapixel camera then its probably over a year old which the new ones are much faster.  Try sportmode if you have it or up the ISO maybe that will help, maybe not, try it.

Seriouslly man, without forking out a hefty chunk of coin, you're always gonnahave some lag due to the slower sensor and processor.  However, just learn to shoot a hair earlier and apply what adam said.

Try messing around with the settings. Remove the flash, set fast ISO, set the camera to taking action shots, etc. It won't completely fix your problem, but it will help
