With over 6 BILLION people on this planet and a predicted 13 Billion by 2010, the huge and growing desire for oil and the fact that it is running low, Global warming, and terrorist countries with nukelar power the world looks grim.  All the farms around where i lived in Wicsonsin as a kid are quickly becomming neighborhoods.  I don't think the planet can handle 13 billion peoples' food especially with all that rich farmland is owned by SUV driving soccermom and dads.  What happens when the oil runs out?  no plastics, no gasoline, everything is an oilbyproduct.  It is going to be global chaos.  All this will happen within my lifetime. 

Things are going to change during the oil peak because so much of life depends on gasoline. Imagine a future where only the rich gets to travel around and own cars. Sure, people speak of ethanol as a alternative; however it is not effecient as gasoline, and most countries have not prepare this ehtanol so that there will be enough when the peak arrivals. Just think about it, the average Americans spend billions of barrel of oil a day-- do you believe that we have ehtanol to subsitute for all that oil? Brazil will probably survive thought because they invested so much on ethanol.

Anyone that thinks 2012 is the end of the world needs to be culled. Like people honestly believe that the end of the age is the end of the world. The last time a age ended it was fine. This is just like the year 2000 computer scare. However i wouldn't be suprised if fuckin israel fuckin started some war though.
