So for months now my new comment indicator has shown that I have 1 new comment. I viewed that one and "deleted" it, but it still shows having 1 new comment but nothing in my comment or in-box.....what gives ?

maybe because you've never seen or been to whats new, you just deleted it.  That happend to me for a while but now i just click on it and see whats new and then its gone.

Ya , we have had this problem with a few users. Ill speak with the programmers on Monday to try and fix it for you.

One more thing, check to see how far back it goes.  You can say, "Show all new things in the last month, week, day, etc."
