Well i made a rail and everything is good except the bottom flat piece that supports everythin( The falt piece that comes in contact with the ground), The ends are slightly bent upwards and the rail wobbles side to side. Is there anyway to fix this?

First off, is the ground you're placing the rail on even ground?

get a butane torch and heat the bottom part up
bend it back flat
and next time
use thicker metal to avoid bendage
