I don't think he's good, I think he's just marketable. The reason why Bam is so famous is because he knows how to sell.


 He's a below average pro in my mind... I've yet to see him do anything that wows me.

You should quit being a dick. Just because people's opinions don't match yours doesn't mean you have to yell at them.

I really liked him when he was making the cky movies, especially in the early days. He spent almost all of his time skating then. As he got more money and started doing scripted tv shows, his stuff lost a lot of it's novelty. Now there are kids following him everywhere and drawing "bam symbols". It's not his symbol you dorks.
It has to suck for him too though, not being able to go into a resturaunt without people watching him and expecting him to do something stupid. I like a lot of his friends though. That whole crew is pretty funny when they're just hanging out.

I support him still, I just won't buy any of his decks, shoes, shirts, ect because I would feel like an idiot.

Volleykat I'm sorry to inform you, but Bam Margera is a douchebag. The ONLY reason he is famous is from that dumbass show viva la bam. Which is completely retarded. The only thing that I liked Bam for doing was being in the CKYs. Bam is good at what he does, being a dumbass. And you said don't listen to them? It's their opinions to hate Bam Margera. Therefore if they think he's bad at skating(like I do) there is nothing that is going to change their minds end of story.

Bam was a mad talented up-and-comer with huge balls and wouldnt shy away from doing gnarly shit other skaters wouldnt consider.  Then he became a comedian/jack ass and pretty much forgot he was a skateboarder...but, he was still selling skateboards like he was the biggest name in the sport.  He was never going to be Song, or Koston...he wasnt that talented but certainly enough to be respected in the sport especially when considering his fearlessness.   He's past his prime and will never return as a progressing skater.  He's rich, its over.
