why is it that people critizice our president so much? i mean, he may not be the best speaker or make good decisions, but he's HUMAN. what would any of us do in the presidents place? you dont have to agree with everything Bush does, but you should at least support your country enough to back the president. and its not like he's doing malicious things. if you look back at President Jackson, he abused his power to the full extent. he completely went against the house and the senate and STILL forced all the native americans off their land because some person found gold in georgia. has george bush done anything to that extent? no. and as for the middle-eastern wars, people need to realize that the soldiers being sent over there signed up for the armed services with the knowledge that they could be put into a war. i know what it feels like to have a brother in the military. my brother is in the marines. i'm scared to death for him. but he signed up because he felt it was the right thing to do. he signed up in a time of war. its not like we're all being drafted. so please, support the president for the support of your country. post back. let me hear what you think.

shit even i respect the states its a beutiful country but not many soldiers go for bush, they go for there country cuz they dont want it tooken over buy those filthy iraq people.im sure many people agree with me.

im glad i live in canada, and dont really have his descisions greatly affecting my life, although i know that the decisions of the usa greatly impact the world, you know what i mean.
BUT
now here in canada, we have a new prime minister named Stephen Harper.
basically , harper is very pro american and very pro bush, and basically very republican/conservative
but luckily we canadians read alot of politics and what not and we definatly know whats going on for the most part.
what im scared of is basically, canada becoming the usa
i know this will happen eventually but i wanna try and do everything i can to dstop it , cause quite simply
i hate the usa
just the country and gov't
not the people.

yes i agree, the "51st state" people say, well i say fuck that!!! there was a whole thread on stephen harper, i had no interest in posting in it though...i dont hate the usa i hate the president, and sum of the people are quite arrogant, or self centered know it alls. but ive met alotta nice people from the states and the acctuall country (the sites) grand canyon, montana,california, hell not 2 far away from me theres the space needle. there really nice, i would hate to be like the 51st state.
