Its a new spot that just poped up with the building of a new high school and college merged together. Its a 9 flat 9 flat 9. 27 stairs! It is massive and quiet larger then El torro. There is no possible way you can clear the damn thing but it has hubbas all the way down, just don't fall off the side its a 2 story drop.
