Ok so people are always like why do skaters wear tight pants or why do the guys wear girl pants when they're skating and what not. First off tight pants rule (in my oppinion anyways). And really i don't know it may just be me, but if you skate in regular pants or lose ones you are going to like faint in the summer it gets so hot. But not with tight pants its that or shorts. And personaly i don't wear shorts so much. And i know some skaters wear tight shirts so they don't fly up or something.

So do you like tight pants and or girl pants?

ok i asked a few bikers about this they claim it holds your junk so you dont "damage the goods" when they bail..i havnt ask emo skater yet because there arnt anyone here that does wear them lol we wear pants that fit us ....so maybe its the same thing not sure tho...

I know quite a few guys who wear tight pants, It's half style half comfort i think, i mean who likes to pull their pants up for every trick?!?! when your wearing huge pants like i do, it sucks but im not gona change pants because of it, but anyways tight pants fit nicer, your legs move better and your pants aren't getting in the way. for style, hesh style just goes better in tighter pants, you can see a big difference in how people skate because of their style Gangst or hesh, not to mention there is defenitally just a normal style that alot of people do rock, pants that fit normally, not big or tight.

and big pants are fucking killer in the summer, sooo hot! i've never worn tight pants but i'd imagine they are alot nicer.

I see where all of you are coming from in your different debate ideas on tight or loose pants but just wondering...
is it still "gay" or "emo" or anything else if a girl wear's them? Yes, i wear them most of the time but would you guys who oppose them still say i'm emo or something like that.

From my eyes they don't change my skating style because even when i do have loose pants on they aren't baggy they're just kinda flared and stuff but anyways, would i still fall under your emo category?

i wear cargos and bunch them up sometimes in winter at the indoor skate parks but in summer i wear

low rise shorts(the ones that go halfway down the calfs) with no cords
