they have there own ups and downs...PUN
i like street because anywhere you go you can skate..but if your vert you have to find just vert stuff....which can be hard sometimes..
so it depends like you like...air in your hair or girls in your pants

I skate street because almost anything you can skate. It opens up ypur creativity. especially where i live.

i like sreet because a whole skate spot opens up to u for a lot of tricks.
such as for a ledge. u can grind it, ollie off of it , and do tricks off of it.
on vert u can only skate one thing instead of a lot of crap.
street u got rails, ledges, curbs, gaps, and steps etc. word

Why not just do both. When your at a skatepark, most of the time they just focus on transition skating so you have no choice but to learn or be lame. But nothing beats street skating in my opinion.

No vert around here so skate parks are really the only option.  But I hear rye airfield has a new skate park that has mad vert...not sure i'll be any good at it though
