I neeed help...
i wana start up long boarding :o
Anyone with any info about the sport, what should i look for....
any type of diff boards for diff areas? diff roads? or surfaces?
whats the scoop

i did it back in the day
i liked sector 9 boards
and i really measure anything but my board was to my hip...i am 6 feet tall
and the trucks where indy's andthe wheel where sector 9 also
i would check in on a local skate shop they should be able to help you and also

I recommend soft wheels for your board if you plan on riding on the street, the give a smoother ride.. almost like gliding. hard wheels are better if you want to ride pools and do tricks.  and the best trucks ive gotta say are bear trucks, or carvers; carvers are what i ride and they are sooo sick, its like carving a real surfboard. i love it.
