i can do alot of stuff esides this trick...i dont know why...my board just shoots beind me wen im doing it....what ishoould i do

hey, i understand what you mean.  you just gotta keep getting comfortable with frontside shove its.  because obviously that's the exact rotation you're going to use in a varial heel.  it seems like if you keep doing fs shove its, and attempt a varial heel every so often, you learn this one quicker.  just keep doing those fs shove its like there's no tomorrow, and just sort of ease into mixing the heel flip portion of the trick in little by little.  seemed to work for me.
