hey can anyone help me i can ollie but not while going, and when i try to ollie while going only one foot lands on the board (same for kickflip)and its really fustrating and the second question is why cant i ollie a simple three stair? it scares me but idk wat im doing wrong please someone help me i need your advice

it might sound stupid but if your thinking about it
your probably thinking about how your going to get hurt or how it will go bad
