very true... i mean think about it... "kill" a kid before it has to endure this world without loving parents or bring in a kid that does exactly that. i dont think people see the big picture in the longrun. i mean its easy to say "let the kid be born" then it is to pay for the kid and its parents with your tax money as they live on welfare.

honestly, i think this subject has been exhausted. all the viewpoints have pretty much been covered. this issue actually isnt even THAT significant when compared to the more pressing issues such as Iran and alternative energy sources. in fact, i think this issue is a distraction away from the more important issues that plague the world right now. people get caught up in this ethical BS.....its really disturbing.

i'm pro-life and have to seriously say that most of you people commenting are totaly f*cked up....a fetus is a person. it is immoral to think that just because you dont wanna hav the baby that you can kill it. if you cant afford to hav a baby, or just dont want to then dont hav sex....dumbass...im sick now

Whats the problem? They dont have to deal with the horrible trials and tribulations of this world that everyone wants to leave. Shouldn't they be happy? They get into heaven before everyone! You would think that would be a blessing.

im religious and im DOWN for abortio, i think its a really good idea, casue ive seen what adoption does to kids if they go somewhere shitty, it just fucks them up, then they end up in jail later on, thus we pay nough money for them to live in there institutions, fuck that. i like my money.

honestly, abortion is like murder because that baby inside a women will be a person someday. . Im totally against abortion if you couldnt tell that is totally wrong. . .it is just like murder. Its not the babys fault you got pregnent or raped  or anything. . . . idc what the bible says this is my opinion and why would you want to kill that innocent baby when it is apart of you? i find that totally wrong and if you didnt want a baby then you shouldnt kill it just put it up for adoption so at least it gets to live and not get killed just because you didnt want it. . .there is a million people out there that want babies to love and everything that cant have them because of medical issues or something.

The world is overpopulated as fuck.  Way to be another ignorant little mime.  There may be a million people out there who cannot give birth but want babies to love, but there are also millions of babies out there in foster homes, on the streets, in adoption centers, etcetera who want parents to love.  They can adopt.

Overpopulation is the source of all of the world's problems, I hope you realize.  If not, you need to open your fucking eyes a little wider.

I'm against abortion 100% no questions asked. I believe (this is MY belief, not yours and you won't change it so don't try) that life begins at conception. Sure, it may not be a fully formed human being. Sure, there may not be a heart beat, but it has potential to be a life. Just because it is still inside the whom does not mean it is not a life. It is and it will continue to be after it is born.

Also, there are plenty of options if you are not "ready" to get pregnant. Don't have sex is the main one. If you are ready to have sex then you are ready to have kids, because you should and most likely do know what can be the outcome of having sex, even at a young age (STDs, pregnancy, etc). Adoption is another good alternative to abortion and is often overlooked. Don't deprive someone a chance to live just because you're "too young", "not ready", or [enter other self-centered, overused reason here] to have a kid. Obviously you weren't "too young" to have sex. Take responsibility for your actions for once. Practice "safe sex", even though there are no guarantees, at least try to be safe about it, but always know that there is still that chance you will get preggo or perhaps contract an STD.

I'd say the most f-cked up thing about this whole abortion debate is the fact that if you were to get in a wreck with a woman who is pregnant and kill her and her baby it is two counts of murder, but she could have been on her way to the clinic to get an abortion. My opinion is, they need to change the law to make it only one murder or abortion needs to be illegal. It's sick how killing an unborn baby can be both legal and illegal forms of murder.

Oh and don't give me "science" bullshit. Science is actually starting to prove that life DOES begin at conception (or closer to it). Don't know about it then read up a lil more. Open a paper or news journal, doesn't hurt :)
