someone help me i cant upload a mugshot/photo

Could you better describe the problem? I cant help you if I dont know more about what's happenin. Explain in a lil more detail what happens when you try uploading. Make sure the image is a JPEG and its not too big. I like to upload my pics that are under 1 Megabyte.
