A conspiracy-buff friend of mine sent me an email of TV news story from the 70s about this inventor from the States who built a water engine, apparently it was flawless or something. Well there are these things called Bio-dieseal, made from vegetable oil. In los angeles there is this rent-a-car place where you can actually rent one, but of course it'll cost more then a gas car. However, it is fuel efficent and it is safer for the enviroment. Think of all the extra grease fast food has and left over oil, if we took that and convert it into a simialr fuel then it would solve our problem for the scracity of oil.
