WHEN YOUR NEAR

 

my heart beats a thousand times a minute
i have a loss for words
i get nervous

my heart beats faster and faster
while my brain shuts down
every breathe comes out heavier than the last
im fixin' to collapse

your eyes meet mine
i blush bright red
my heart skips a beat
and i choke on my words

then you smile
my heart is pounding right out of my chest
i hold my breath'
and wait

unknown seconds tick by
tick tock tick tock
you seem even closer now
tick tock tick tock

i cant take it anymore
my heart stops cold
i fall away into my emotions
and yet you catch me and bring me back

i blink
and it's all gone
your eyes meet mine
and we kiss

our souls intertwine
for that one moment
time has stopped
heaven and earth combined

tick tock
tick tock
tick tock
tick tock

the universe
and earth have passed us by
planets spin past us
and then its all over

as if it never happened
the wortld around us started again
i blushed and you smiled
and that was all, as if it had never happened

your driving me crazy oh baby
i want you so bad
your a bad habit it's so sad
you make me so mad
i'm rough i'm tough
you make me feel so weak
i'm rotten to the core
evil all the way through
you make me feel so goody too shoe
your so close
on the edge of my fingers
slipping away like night into day
making me queasy make me feel easy
dancing in front of my eyes
like a big pizza pie
you play hard to get
though i know your not
like clock work you appear on the spot
my soul calls for you
my heart yearns for you
my mind burns for you
your an allusion played on my eyes
the great big grand prise
your always on my mind
driving me crazy oh baby

pain is all i know
u use me abuse me confuse me
your words hurt me break me
but i put myself back together
and keep comeing back
each time your words cut deeper
every time i get weaker
and all i can do is watch helpless as i bleed

but im addicted and keep coming back
your words suffocate me untill
i scream out into the darkness u wrap me in and wish for life

pain is all i know
