I'm Screaming on the inside
bleeding, suffocating,
dying
I'm Smiling on the outside
laughing, breathing,
thriving
Again I want to escape
It's already been another year
My heart aches
Boiling my blood
Turning it into tears
I want to vomit, puke it all out.
All the pain and the hurt
All the disatisfaction and the discomfort
All the torture and all the confusion
I just want a real smile on my face
With none of this to bring me down
And more than that I want to be free
