POEMS: a few of my poems fo...

he falls from the sky

dressed in white and crimson

on his hands and knees, throbbing with pain

blisters and slashes cover his body

he rises to his weakened feet

the trader

the lier

your captin has left you

and your friends, betray you

now not knowing were to go

you wonder around

no shelter in sight

glaring from above, the disappointed, and  the weeping

they wander about you

about who you will become

you, yourself not knowing were to go

the despondency in your soul

taking over

growing larger

make a decision

should you stay alive

or should you lay down and die.
     ~~~~~~~
I want to fall,
And never come back.
I don't want a hand,
To lead me to the light.
Why can't they just give up?
I have lost the will to stay.
I won't change,
Why can't the just back away.
     ~~~~~~~

These crimson tears I cry.

These lonely nights I die.

Why won't this nightmare end?

These scars won't mend.

No matter how much I try,

I can't seem to satisfy.

My lust for true love,

Sitting in a pool of blood.

     ~~~~~~~
With this metal in my hand,
I try to kill my yearning for death inside.
All my pleasures and worries are canned,
And I tell them I havent lied.
This cadaverous doll under my skin,
I use this metal to try and stop it
She looks at my openings and grins,
You wont ever succeed.
     ~~~~~~~

You look down at me,

what a pity.

You laugh at me,

So dishonorable.

I look back at you,

You dont know the truth.

I laugh back in your face,

You are the disgrace.

     ~~~~~~~
Look at what I have done,
I have just begun.
It will only get worse,
As you try to help my curse.
Individuality
Why do people continue to follow the crowd? It just isn't possible. How can you suppress yourself, when we're all individual and unique? How can people conform to some standard set by people who can't look beyond what they see?
Many people want a perfect society. One where everyone gets along. That would be nice, but it isn't possible in this day and age. Inevitably somone is going to upset the balance. A perfect society requires total conformity. If you become like everyone else, then who are you? what makes you different from the person next to you?
What I'm saying is embrace inviduality. It is the proof of who you are. So someone thinks you're weird. There's probably someone else out there who thinks that the person you are is beautiful.
Liars!!
The people who authorize the building of parks in Utah are liars. How many of you who live in West Valley have heard of them building a skate park here. It pisses me off when people yell at us and kick us out of churches and public parks when they don't do a damn thing about it! They said they would make a skate park by the fitness center. They said this 4 years ago. But is there a skate park, nope. Yet they still complain about us skating. It's bullsh*t, and I am tired of it. And I'm sure this isn't the only place this happens either. Everywhere all the time, skaters are being yelled at, cussed at, being kicked out of places. And all for nothing to!!! If you feel this way then stand up for what you do. Don't let them do this to you.
You don't even know what yo...
   In my spare time, I'm interested in knowing what other people have to say. An oppinion can really mean a lot to the beholder, and even the person who listens to them. Giving someone your attention can make them happier than you can imagine. But there's one problem. Why do you people feel so strongly about something when they don't even know what they're fighting for? I know you're probably thinking about saying this article is already just a load of shi*t, but please just read a little more.
   In our everyday lives, you'll notice that people rant about our government, legalizing weed, fighting like its your life about our  president, and arguing about abortion, but do you even know what you want? Ask someone that.
"I hate the government"
Why?
"Because its corrupt and bush is a complete f*cking retard"
Well what are you going to do about it?
"Uhh, fight for my rights"
Do you even know what you're rights are? How are you going to use them?
"This is stupid"
What do you even want? How will this change once bush is gone? You think the government won't be corrupt anymore?
"..."
   Now that you've actually read this far, do you see the point of this? We don't even know what we want. Are the people more corrupt than the government? Maybe we should all become more down to earth before we judge anything. Please, we're talking about anarchy these days. What do you want with anarchy? You think life will be easier? Is everyone going to work together without fear? Is THAT much power to the people going to help? What about international trade, who'll be in charge of that? Oh wait, NO ONES IN CHARGE. I don't even know where to start with this, so for the time being I'm going to ignore it.
      We can always argue and complain the day away, but if you really don't like something, why haven't you done anything about it? People are so wrapped up in government and political affairs these days. Remember Elian Gonzales? Whatever happened to him? We went crazy about where WE thought he should go.....Why? What are we going to do about this? Why can't we let the court decide. None of us even know him anyway. I'm not saying don't bother with what  you can't fix, but more like know how you're going to fix your problems, and be sure with what you want.
   It's probably about time I conclude this, so I'll review what you should've learned. Know what you want, know how to get it, and don't make such a big deal about things that don't matter. Be able to fix things, and if you can, do it. Stop complaining, and don't do things because you think you should. Feeling strongly about something is a right we have, and all these ignorant people are abusing this right. If this continues, there won't be any views people want to listen to, and why even bother getting worked up about anything, when people won't even want to know what you're talking about?
School Fairness
Hey everyone,
     I'm just going to write about our school and get your opinion on what I should do. Ok a few months ago... like maybe october november, me and this new girl got into an arugement and her sister cam and starting yellin at me, and i just laughed at her casue she's like 4 ft tall and what knot. Well then she came and she scratched my neck and the cops didn't do shi*t about it, just give her a warning. well then her sister (the one that i argueed with> shawna) came and started crap with people and i got involved. well then she started yelling at my friend who ould have gone to jail if she would have hit her... well i told my friend to just turn around and ingore her. well lovely slutty shawna went and punched me... then she pulled my hair... how immature... well then i put her in a head lock and started choking her and we just split. well just before x-mas vacation i poured milk on her becuase she was lying  about me. she punched me, grabbed my hair again... and then her sister ganged up on me. I elbowed tasha (sister) in the stomach and then punched shawna... well school wont expell either of them. Both were given one warning. cops wern't called... and nothing was done. now i am forced by my mom to go to a christian acadmey. I shouldn't ahve to. EEERRRGGG! HELP?!?!?!?!
The Cathedral
The demons reeked havoc around the burning corpses as if in ritual, screaming blood curdling cries as if in pain. The foul odor of death ravaged in the nostrils of anyone who fell victim to the sight of the fallen church. The sight of the demonic blood spreading across the cathedral walls would send a chill up the spine of the most audacious of men......
So Called Faith (Response)
This is my response article to "our so called faith" by PunchDrunkLove which was posted at 8/31/2005,2:38 AM
   Faith, christianity, the bible, and the whole belief system are instruments of society management. Some people believe there is a physical God and a physical devil, some people (like myself) believe that these things are just aspects of human nature that are a part of us every day of our lives. Ancient society took that part of humanity that pushes us to do evil and labelled it "Satan" and our concience they labelled "God," "Jesus," or the "Holy Ghost." I have done quite a bit of religion study in the last 5 years (i'm 17 in grade 12 of a christian school) and what's to be found in the bible is a set of morals and principles that help a bible-believing individual to live a clean life. I completely agree that it is something people can desperately rely on but if that is what helps one through their struggle or brings some happiness to their life... well... that's nothing but a good thing. The never-ending issue of "is it true or not" and "is everyone just wasting their time following a belief that isn't real?" are heavily debated. I, personally, see those arguments as irrelevent, because as much as someone else can say, "you're wasting your life following a belief that is un-true," i can say, "you don't actually know whether it's true or not and neither do I, so you could be wrong and I could be wrong." The conversation will always end there because there is that massive stumbling block. So why follow something when you can't answer all the questions like that? Because faith and belief are doing the same job that police are. Faith in religion steers people towards a lifestyle of which they love those around them, support charities and other deeds of generosity, and abide by the law. The man who started the cryps was recently executed in california. He was in jail for 24 years, 13 of which he spent writing childrens books and speaking to youth about the dangers of gang activity, drugs and violence. This man was placed in the hole, in solitary, with nothing but a bible. Through reading the bible, Tookie Williams found a deep faith and proceeded to do what he could to dis-encourage gang activity.
If you are living a clean, happy lifestyle then you are miles ahead of everyone and if it was Faith that brought you there, to each his own, there is nothing wrong with it.
How tough today is
Today there are more dangers than ever before. Sure we have more technologies to live longer and healthier but there are some technologies that cut lives way to short. Now you never know when something bad is going to happen. In one second your life could be ended by a stray bullet or a drunk driver. Now is a very hard and scary time for us teens. Temptations, desires, love, pain, loss, suicide, murder, rape are all things we face today. Sometimes they are too strong that we just break but that is why we need to be there for one another. We do not need more problems in the world by having hate on top of everything else. Us teens really have to look out for each other because you never know when it's your time or when you really need help.
