Takes longer to say the name than to do the actual trick. And once you learn it, you will love it. Absolute healthy warm-up trick to start any session of skating.
Learn Nollie Backside Shove Its first, obviously. Maybe even try a couple Nollie Backside Bigspins, too. For the first several attempts, this trick is gonna have your board spinning behind and away from you with no control whatsoever. Assuming you can't breakdown the steps on your own, I'm going to explain what you do in order to land this trick..
Setting up_
Front Foot: You'll be using this foot more than your other foot in this trick. Place it where you would for a normal Nollie Backside Shove It, only be aware that you're going to need more rotation power to complete the full 360 spin. So, use your common sense, and adjust it to where you feel like you can get more than usual. During the trick, this foot pushes down and away (hard). Sure you can let your board hover across the ground or you can try and get it to pop into the air so you can catch it -your choice here. The rest is pretty obvious, with lifting your foot out of the way of the board and aiming for the bolts.
Back Foot: This foot gets a break this time 'round. Place it near your back bolts somewhere and allow your toes to hang off the edge a bit. For all this foot does is not much but, guide the rear of the board behind you by "shoving" it. Then just lift your foot out of the way, and aim for the bolts.
Motion_
Body: At first you'll be following where the board goes, and that's fine. That diagnol distance traveled is ok for starters. But after time and experienced gained, you'll be able to take control of where the board goes and keep it beneath you instead of having to follow it.
Landing_
Both Feet: As with most tricks, you want to land on the bolts simultaneously. That way, you'll get a smooth landing and a clean roll away sensation that even your Mom would be proud of -if only she was still watching.
That's about all there is to this trick, so don't quit till you land at least one! Good luck!!
